Open call Международного фестиваля современного искусства DOCA-2024

Тема DOCA-2024: «Я знал, что ты это скажешь».

Р. Барт говорил об «интертексте» как о тексте, в котором всё уже было сказано, а новое создаётся путём комбинирования исходных элементов. Каждый текст представляет собой новую ткань, сотканную из старых цитат. DOCA-2024 предлагает обсудить культурную память, визуальную антропологию и генеалогию искусства через интерпретацию.

События основной программы фестиваля пройдут 15‒20 апреля 2024 года в пространствах ИГУМО.

Приглашаем художников всех медиа, музыкантов, дизайнеров и образовательные институции, связанные с темой фестиваля, к участию.

Topic of DOCA 2024: ‘I Knew You Would Say That’

Roland Barthes characterized the concept of ‘intertext’ as a vast text, in which everything has already been said and the new is created by combining original elements. Each text represents a new fabric woven from old quotations.

DOCA 2024 invites you to discuss cultural memory, visual anthropology, and the genealogy of art through interpretation.

The activities of the main programme of DOCA will take place at the Institute for the Humanities and Information Technologies (IGUMO) on April 15-20, 2024.

We invite artists working in various media, musicians, designers, and educational institutions related to the topic of the festival to join the event.
