«Арт-пазл»
Интерактивная инсталляция Собрать картинку из разрозненных элементов – урок для школьников, памятный с давних времен и актуальный до сих пор (когда-то полиграфисты ГДР поставляли нам подобные бумажные игры, теперь и в Третьяковке, и в Русском музее продаются схожие сувениры). Как части слагаются в целое, моментально рассыпаясь благодаря внутренним деструктивным процессам, – главный вопрос постмодернистских практик, причем не только в изобразительном искусстве. Как целостность восстанавливается благодаря физическим усилиям, рукотворным образом – задача художников, которые на исчерпавший себя постмодернистский цинизм ответили непосредственным обращением к физиологии, эмоциональности, к телу, а не к знаку. В проекте «Арт-пазл» есть еще элемент модной «интерактивности» – мол, собирают все. Так игривое шоу становится эмблемой современной арт-ситуации. Марина Звягинцева, оставаясь художником с неискоренимой любовью к формальному, играет в пространстве сугубо концептуального, да еще имитируя детскую непосредственность. |

Art Puzzle Interactive installation
Assembling a picture from disjointed elements is a good exercise for schoolchildren, which we have known since ancient times. Such a practice is still relevant today. The typographers from the GDR used to supply us with similar paper games. Today, the State Tretyakov Gallery and the Russian Museum both sell similar souvenirs. Putting parts together into a single whole and then watching them fall apart instantly due to internal destructive processes is the main problem of postmodernist practices in visual arts and other fields. Restoring wholeness through handcrafted physical effort is the task of artists who have responded to the outlived postmodern cynicism by directly addressing physiology, emotionality, and the body rather than the sign. The Art Puzzle project has an element of currently trendy ‘interactivity’ presupposing the engagement of viewers in assembling the single whole. Thus, the game-like show becomes an emblem of the contemporary art situation. Imitating children’s immediacy, Marina Zvyagintseva, artist with an inexhaustible love for the formal, plays in the space of the purely conceptual. |
