«Острова»

Коллажи и видео-арт

На протяжении года автор снимала одни и те же деревья и затем создала коллажи. Они напоминают таинственные многоликие острова. Так реалистические изображения деревьев переходят из области ботаники в мир интерпретаций.
Визуализация изменений одних и тех же объектов во времени позволяет сделать само время осязаемым и увидеть то, что обычно упускает человеческий глаз: постоянные метаморфозы окружающего мира.
Проект «Острова» – это исследование о времени, изменчивости, границах между наукой и искусством, где каждый изображаемый объект служит стимулом для свободных ассоциаций.

Islands

Collages and video art

Throughout the year, the author took pictures of the same trees and then created collages. They resemble mysterious multi-faced islands. This is how realistic images of trees transfer from the field of botany into the world of interpretation.

Visualization of the changes of the same objects over time results in making time itself tangible and seeing what the human eye usually misses: the constant metamorphoses of the world around us.

The Islands project is an exploration of time, changeability, and the boundaries between science and art. Within this project, each depicted object serves as an impetus for free associations.
